Hi there! I’m Jenna Waters
(aka Brandon’s wife)
I am a Registered Dietitian, and have had the great honor of training athletes at all levels how to feed and fuel their bodies to maximize their goals & performance.
High School sports nutrition is unique in that its success largely depends on the partnership between athletes, parents, and coaches.
We are in the process of creating some great resources that best maximize an athletes goals, while considering the dynamic of family and high school.
